rms can enter details such as brand name, target customers and product strengths in a chat-style format, after which the system prepares a draft proposal in line with Lotte’s review template. Supporting documents can also be uploaded and automatically incorporated into the submission.
If a partner wants a consultation, the AI analyses the proposal and routes it to the most relevant department. Lotte Department Store said the service should cut the time needed for consultation and review by as much as 80%.
The platform is also intended to support a wider range of so-called open proposals, including marketing tie-ups in finance and digital services, as well as venue hire and regional co-operation ideas. Mobile phone verification is enough to register a submission, a move the company says is meant to improve convenience.
The launch fits into a broader push by Lotte to build an AI ecosystem across customer experience, internal operations and now partner support. “이번 AI 비즈센터 론칭은 지난 40여년간 롯데백화점과 파트너사가 함께 성장해온 과거를 넘어 모두의 미래를 열어갈 새 이정표로서 큰 의미” said Choi Sung-cheol, head of Lotte Department Store’s AI Studio division. “앞으로도 고객, 임직원, 파트너사 모두에 도움이 되는 AI 서비스를 지속적으로 선보일 것.”
