Iberinform has added artificial intelligence to its Insight View platform, turning what was once a largely static commercial report into an interactive financial assistant for company analysis.

The upgrade is designed to make it easier for businesses and smaller firms to assess risk, spot opportunities and understand the financial health of customers and suppliers more quickly. Rather than relying solely on traditional reports, users can now ask the system about specific figures, indicators or trends and receive answers based on Iberinform’s own databases and official sources.
Insight View has long been positioned as a tool for commercial and financial decision-making. It already offers company scores, access to mercantile registry data, and information from payment-risk databases such as RAI and ASNEF Empresas. The platform also includes comparison tools, alerts on corporate changes and debt analysis based on invoices uploaded by users.
According to Iberinform’s own product information, Insight View is used to support finance, sales, marketing and risk teams, while its mobile app provides dynamic reports and daily alerts on companies in Spain and Portugal. The platform is also available through integrations with business management software, including Sage.
The addition of AI reflects a wider shift in business analytics towards systems that do more than present data. By interpreting figures and responding to questions in real time, Iberinform is aiming to reduce the technical barrier to credit and risk analysis and help users reach decisions faster.
The company says the tool is connected directly to its internal databases and official information sources, giving it a verified and regularly updated base of reference. It also says the platform covers 72 countries and combines public records, company databases and more than 400,000 annual interviews with firms.
For Iberinform, the move is both a product upgrade and a competitive signal: a way to keep Insight View central to the day-to-day work of businesses that need to judge creditworthiness, monitor counterparties and manage commercial exposure with greater confidence.
