The assessment is based on more than 500 functional and capability criteria, mandatory product demonstrations and anonymised customer value ratings, The Hackett Group said. It described SolutionMap as an evidence-based guide for procurement leaders weighing technology investments.
Bertrand Maltaverne, lead analyst at The Hackett Group, said Arkestro had developed a system aimed at shortening procurement cycle times and helping teams influence more spend. He added that the results included faster cycles, higher savings rates and greater spend influence.
Rob DeSantis, Arkestro’s chief executive and co-founder, said the recognition provided independent validation of the platform’s capabilities. He said the company was using AI and game-theoretic approaches to support savings, speed up buying and improve supplier relationships.
Arkestro, which markets itself as a predictive procurement platform, said its technology combines what it calls Negotiation Science, Supplier Science and Process Science. The company said it is used by Fortune 500 customers across industries.
The award comes amid a wave of similar announcements from procurement software providers, with Exiger, Graphite, Pramata, Mercanis and Tipalti all separately highlighting recognition in the same Spring 2026 SolutionMap release.
