Alongside that sits a separate automation layer for Supplier Compliance, TrusTrace’s existing service for checking whether vendors meet required standards. According to the company, the tool can run multi-step workflows covering onboarding, routine checks, assessments, evidence requests, follow-up messages and corrective-action tracking with far less manual intervention.
The launch comes as brands face a heavier burden from due diligence and disclosure rules, including measures such as the EU Deforestation Regulation and Digital Product Passport requirements. TrusTrace is essentially betting that the problem is no longer data collection alone, but the ability to make sense of the information already being gathered and turn it into decisions before compliance gaps become breaches.
Founded in 2016 and based in Stockholm, TrusTrace says it works with many of the world’s largest brands and has a supplier network of more than 120,000 across over 80 countries. The company is positioning the new layer as suitable for both multinational groups and smaller businesses that want to manage traceability and compliance without adding more staff. According to TrusTrace, onboarding can be completed in as little as three days, with the first supplier data request sent within the first week.
