D SYNNEX says this lets partner-built AI applications connect directly to PartnerFirst data and services, with governed access to functions such as quoting, orders, customer records, product information, pricing and inventory. The company presents the interface as a way to simplify integration work while giving partners real-time business intelligence inside their own AI workflows.
TD SYNNEX has also introduced Agent Bridge, a feature that combines an agent builder with a marketplace of pre-configured AI agents. The agents are intended to work inside the tools customers already use, rather than forcing them into a separate environment, and can handle tasks including product search, inventory checks, order tracking and quoting. In practice, that means partners can adopt automation more quickly without having to host or manage their own agent infrastructure.
The company is also extending the PartnerFirst Agent itself, adding 40 further features that move it beyond basic information retrieval towards task execution. Those capabilities now span product search, pricing, availability, freight, orders, invoices, quotes, RMAs and cloud subscriptions. TD SYNNEX says it is pairing that with AI product recommendations that analyse attributes, buying history and customer preferences to suggest relevant products, substitutes, accessories, warranties and services along the buying journey.
The update follows earlier work on PartnerFirst Digital Bridge, including a Microsoft Teams AI assistant launched in 2025 to surface product intelligence, solution guidance and vendor programme data inside day-to-day collaboration tools. TD SYNNEX is also adding a Customer Lifecycle AI Business Coach and new self-service reporting tools, including Build Your Own Reports, which the company says will give partners faster visibility into quotes, orders, invoices, credits, RMAs, subscriptions and renewals. Reports can be scheduled, tailored for individual customers and reused to reduce setup time, as the vendor continues to position PartnerFirst as a unified operating layer for channel businesses.
