Procurify has completed the shift of its mid-market spend management software into what it calls a fully agentic procurement platform, adding three new AI agents designed to reduce the manual work that often slows buying and invoice processing.

ion form while checking them against policy. Order Autopilot is designed to code line items automatically as an order is assembled, using an organisation’s own purchasing history. The refreshed AP engine matches and codes invoices against a firm’s buying and supplier records.
Procurify says each agent is built specifically for procurement and learns from the company context already embedded in the system, allowing it to become more useful with repeated use. Chief executive Chad Gaydos said the platform uses each customer’s spend data to add personalised context and take action across the intake-to-pay cycle, rather than simply layering AI functions on top of existing software.
The move comes as businesses continue to test how generative AI can fit into procurement and finance workflows. PYMNTS Intelligence has found that about 73% of enterprises are either using or considering generative AI to improve procurement operations, although adoption varies widely by company size.
The launch follows Procurify’s earlier push into analytics. In May 2025, Gaydos said the addition of an analytics layer, combined with centralised spending data, would help finance and procurement teams make quicker decisions. The company has been positioning its platform as an AI-native system that covers the full spend lifecycle, from request and approval through to invoicing and payment.
According to Procurify, the platform is already used to manage more than $100bn in spend, with the company claiming users have seen major reductions in requisition time and faster approvals. It says the system integrates with major ERP and supplier tools and is built to keep spending visible and controlled before it reaches accounting.
