Cecilia Hermida, recently appointed as the Country Manager for Infor Mexico and Spanish South America, shared insights into the strategic expansion plan during an interview. Hermida stated that while the company does not plan to establish physical offices in the region immediately, it is enhancing its presence through commercial engagements and advancing key solutions tailored for the manufacturing, logistics, and distribution sectors.
To illustrate the impact of Infor’s technology, Hermida cited a case involving a Mexican beverage company that achieved a 10% improvement in planning efficiency after implementing Infor’s solutions, including the utilisation of artificial intelligence (AI).
