AdEx Partners and Qorelo are positioning their new collaboration as a test case for how artificial intelligence could reshape SAP consulting from the inside out, with the two firms arguing that delivery itself, rather than just client strategy, is now being redesigned around AI.
The partnership brings together AdEx Partners’ blend of management consulting, transformation work and applied AI capability with Qorelo’s delivery system for enterprise SAP programmes. Qorelo says ...

its platform is designed to take over repetitive tasks that often slow large-scale SAP work, including fit-gap analysis, scope mapping, documentation and configuration guidance. It is built to plug into existing SAP environments such as S/4HANA, ECC and Signavio, and Qorelo says its agents can support the full transformation lifecycle, from early sales conversations through to post go-live operations.
For consulting firms under pressure to do more with fewer hours, the appeal is obvious. If AI can absorb much of the administrative and analytical drag that accompanies major ERP programmes, teams can devote more attention to judgement-heavy tasks such as stakeholder alignment, solution design and change management. Qorelo claims its system can reduce overall delivery time by as much as 45%, while also tracking configuration drift and flagging modernisation opportunities after go-live, suggesting that the software is meant to support continuous improvement rather than a one-off implementation.
AdEx Partners has been building towards that kind of model for some time. Through its AdEx Intelligence arm, the firm has been working on AI transformation, data strategy and the scaling of AI operating models, with an emphasis on linking business ambition to implementation. Its wider consulting business spans strategy, transformation, enterprise applications, organisational development, data value management and operations, with clients across sectors including financial services, utilities, logistics, healthcare and consumer industries.
The firm’s strategy practice has recently been sharpened further by a legal merger completed in August 2026, when BMC Strategy Consultants was folded into AdEx Beratungs GmbH and relaunched as AdEx Strategy. The move brought together strategic management consulting, execution-focused transformation work and applied AI under one umbrella, underlining a broader ambition to connect boardroom decisions with delivery on the ground.
That logic mirrors a wider debate in the consulting industry about whether AI will remain a productivity tool or evolve into something more foundational. An academic paper published on arXiv this year argues that agentic AI systems are beginning to shift business design towards more autonomous models, in which machines increasingly carry out functions that were once managed by people. The paper suggests that, in some settings, AI is no longer merely a support mechanism for strategy but part of the strategic model itself.
Against that backdrop, the AdEx-Qorelo alliance appears intended as more than a technology tie-up. It is an attempt to prove that SAP transformation can be delivered through an AI-native model in which software is embedded directly into consulting workflows, knowledge is retained after projects end and delivery teams are freed from repetitive work. The companies say the partnership is already being reflected in joint customer projects and that further opportunities are emerging, indicating that the arrangement is moving beyond concept and into live implementation.
If successful, the collaboration could help define a new category of consultancy: one in which advisory expertise, delivery discipline and AI automation are not separate layers, but part of a single operating system for transformation.
