nal action, rather than leaving teams to chase fragmented updates across multiple systems. Shippeo said the combined offering is intended to help customers identify disruptions earlier and respond with greater speed and confidence, while Logward said the pairing would reduce manual effort and improve outcomes for complex global supply chains.
Shippeo says its network already connects with more than 228,000 carriers and 1,100 transport management, electronic logging and telematics platforms, tracking more than 100 million shipments a year. That scale gives the company a sizeable data foundation for the kind of predictive and automated capabilities now becoming more common across logistics software.
Logward brings a workforce of more than 80 people in Europe and India, including an engineering hub in Bangalore. Its software is built around digitising workflows and automating collaboration, with modules for transport, orders and allocation. Together, the companies are betting that the next phase of supply chain technology will be defined not just by seeing delays faster, but by acting on them automatically.
