Accenture will lead the rollout of core enterprise platforms, alongside work on artificial intelligence, data and cybersecurity. HCLTech has been tasked with infrastructure deployment and end-user services, which the company says will provide a secure and resilient base for its global operations. HCLTech has separately said the partnership is multi-year and will also embed its AI Force platform into the digital estate.

For Magnum, the task now is to integrate new partners and platforms without disrupting the day-to-day business as it heads towards full independence.
