y documentation, facilities and operating standards. The company says the software will give it a clearer, more up-to-date picture of compliance across its network while making it easier to check that approved providers continue to meet the expectations of fleet customers.
AuditHub is designed to shift compliance management away from periodic checks and towards continuous monitoring. According to Fleet Guy, garages can use the system to store documents securely, maintain technician records, track expiry dates and update information once for multiple connected fleet customers, reducing duplicated administration and helping authorised clients access the material they need without unnecessary data sharing. Fleet Guy also says the platform is intended to help independent garages demonstrate professionalism and maintain visibility with fleet operators throughout the year.
The partnership builds on Micheldever Fleet Solutions’ role as a major service network for UK fleets. The business combines Micheldever Group’s tyre expertise with a wide network of approved independent partners, supported by more than 300 primary fitting locations and a further 1,800 reserve sites. Its portfolio includes tyre supply and fitting, emergency roadside assistance, servicing, maintenance, repair and MOT work, with 24-hour support intended to reduce downtime for operators.
Peter Gittens, director of fleet and national accounts at Micheldever Fleet Solutions, said the company’s customers depend on the quality of the businesses looking after their vehicles. He said the deal gives Micheldever a clearer view of its approved network, strengthens supplier management and provides partners with a straightforward way to show they meet the required standards. Timothy Guidotti, founder of Fleet Guy, said he was pleased to be working with Micheldever Fleet Solutions and described the software as a way to raise compliance standards while recognising the best garages in the sector.
The agreement also leaves room for the two companies to work together on future developments as fleet compliance requirements continue to evolve. For fleet operators, the attraction is straightforward: greater confidence that the businesses servicing their vehicles are properly qualified, properly documented and subject to more consistent oversight.
