JAGGAER said the addition is intended to support its efforts to help large organisations cope with more complicated supply chains and make quicker spending decisions. Chief executive Andrew Roszko said Cuffie had a record of turning procurement into a business advantage at complex companies, while Cuffie said he saw the company as being well placed at the intersection of procurement change and AI-driven decision-making.
According to the company, the board seat was filled through Vista Equity Partners’ external board programme, which was launched in 2017 to source, train and place candidates across its portfolio businesses. Vista is an investor in JAGGAER and has used the initiative to build a wider pool of board talent for technology companies.
The move comes as JAGGAER continues to broaden its leadership team. In recent years, the company has also made senior appointments across product, revenue, customer and chief executive roles as it positions itself around source-to-pay software and supplier collaboration.
