ends a collaboration between the two groups that has already been established in other markets. In Japan, SOLIZE PARTNERS will pair its engineering and manufacturing expertise with Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform to support work across design, engineering and manufacturing.
According to Dassault Systèmes, the 3DEXPERIENCE platform brings together 3D modelling, simulation, collaboration and data intelligence tools in a single environment. The companies said that combination is intended to help customers shorten development cycles, improve quality, reduce costs and strengthen collaboration across the product lifecycle.
The partnership is also designed to address a familiar problem in industrial organisations: fragmented engineering data and knowledge that is not fully captured or reused. SOLIZE PARTNERS and Dassault Systèmes said they will work with customers to connect engineering and business data more effectively, and to build more joined-up digital engineering environments that support better decision-making.
SOLIZE PARTNERS brings more than 35 years of experience in engineering services, digital technologies and additive manufacturing. Dassault Systèmes, founded in 1981, serves industries including manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, and infrastructure and cities.
The agreement builds on a longer relationship between the companies in India. SOLIZE PARTNERS India Pvt. Ltd. has spent more than 25 years providing consulting, implementation and support services across Dassault Systèmes products including CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. That experience, the companies said, will now inform the Japanese business as it looks to support local manufacturers.
The move also follows earlier cooperation between the two groups in Japan. In 2018, SOLIZE Corporation and Dassault Systèmes agreed a service provider partnership focused on engineering services and digital manufacturing solutions.
For SOLIZE, the new deal fits within a wider growth strategy centred on connected digital technologies and engineering services for manufacturers.
