Both entities are prominent players within the National Association of State Procurement Offices (NASPO) ValuePoint contract for Procurement Acquisition Support Services (PASS). The merger of expertise from Civic Initiatives, which prides itself on its team of former procurement officers, and Public Knowledge®, known for over three decades of work improving public sector policies, is anticipated to bolster their capacity to meet client demands effectively.
