to cut down on the fragmented tools and manual analysis that often slow sourcing teams.
Chief executive Eric Cunningham said Harvest was built to give customers speed and precision without compromising security. The company says the platform is intended to turn complex procurement data into usable guidance, supporting better deal-making and clearer cost outcomes.
Among its features are on-demand audio summaries in multiple languages, localisation across more than 120 currencies, supplier organisation intelligence, a terms optimiser and chat-based AI agents called Harlee and Harvee. Green Cabbage says the tools are meant to help users access contract, supplier and market insights more quickly and act on them with greater confidence.
The launch comes as enterprises are under pressure to bring more structure to spending on technology and artificial intelligence. In recent weeks Green Cabbage has also highlighted an AI Spend Cube tool focused on AI procurement, reflecting broader demand for more disciplined purchasing in a fast-moving market where pricing, contract terms and risk can vary widely.
Green Cabbage says Harvest is now available globally and is built for enterprise-grade security. The company says it serves more than 2,600 clients across enterprise, mid-market, private equity and consulting sectors.
