A new partnership between FLS – FAST LEAN SMART and Waylay aims to enhance service delivery for sectors including Utilities, Telecoms, and Industrials through advanced integration of their technologies. FLS, known for its real-time field service scheduling and dynamic route planning, is collaborating with Waylay, an enterprise automation platform that focuses on low-code IoT, AI, and advanced analytics.
This collaboration is expected to improve operational uptime and productivity outcomes by integrating Waylay’s connected asset management tools with FLS’s scheduling systems.
